Fiesta is a Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar, currently serving 1 location in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please see our menu here.We take pride in our homemade traditional (nixtamal) corn tortillas for the delicious tacos. In addition to that, we import Mexican chillies to make our house-made chipotle and pineapple-habanero hot sauces, which we serve for free in our restaurant, and you can order a few bottles to take home (or get delivered with ease).

Special Tacos
Cooking Mexican food, being far away from Mexico, isn't easy (or cheap).
We use traditional masa harina to make soft and delicious shells for real Mexican tacos.
Popular proteins include refried beans, chorizo (marinated minced pork), chicken Tinga, barbacoa (slow-cooked beef), our vegan special 'soyrizo' and a kids' favourite 'chicken cheeseburger taco'.
Current Kitchen Special is our trio of Birria Tacos.

Our Opening Hours:
Sunday and Monday: 15:00–23:00 (kitchen closing 22:30)
Tuesday to Thursday: 16:00–01:00 (kitchen closing 23:00)
Friday and Saturday: 17:00–03:00 (kitchen closing 23:00)

Hot Sauces
Do not believe a Latino who says 'No Pica!'
Of course, Mexican food is picante, it is full of flavour, and salsas are important.
We prepare homemade red salsa, avocado crema, our greenest guacamole and also two hot sauces: chipotle and pineapple-habanero from authentic Mexican chillies.
